What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts to all residents in the Van Zandt County area and returning customers and also have specials from time to time

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction followed by a few questions about the services that the customer is wanting. After that we utilize different apps to get a view of the address and a scope of the project, after that we will send a quote for final approval before scheduling. Once you are scheduled we will send a text the day before and also a text 30 min before arrival.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have experience in home remodeling, construction, warehousing, logistics and management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My current full time job is a turn 21 shift so we decided on our days off we would start this business and try to grow it into full time family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have provided services to vast array of customers including both commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are actually fond of every job, it's different to work for yourself so we take pride in every job that we do. Each one presents a new set of challenges that we face allowing us to learn from each job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To do your research and make sure the company has a certificate of insurance.

What is the final outcome I am looking for, is this in my budget, are there specifics to my project, and time frame of project
