What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give free estimates, and like to talk to our customers, so we can talk about a good price for them and for us so we can make a perfect deal for both sides.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet my new clients in person, that way we can talk about their new projects and what kind of services they are looking for. We talk about the different types of cleaning, with what they include and the prices. We will make any arrangements together so we can decide what sounds best for both sides.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working with my mother since I was 15, and I did my work with a passion, honestly and respect for others. Since then it's been a family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

With any kind of person, I do not like to discriminate anybody, because I believe everyone is equal. Everyone deserves the best service! I do not tolerate any kind of discrimination towards anyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cleaning a remodel home is one of the biggest projects we do, including window cleaning for inside and outside. That would be the biggest project we've ever had. It would take me and my crew to finish in 1-2 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To look for someone trusting, honest, respectful, and very responsible.
