What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing system is designed to make any job affordable. It is 100 percent customizable. For instance widow jobs are priced per window Gutter jobs are priced by linear foot Pressure wash jobs are priced by square foot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always have a great work ethic and make sure to explain everything that we are doing to the clients home/business. We also conduct a pre walk through and a final walk through so we know that we went above and beyond for our clients And last but not least we always educate our clients with any of our services that we offer. That way they are always in the loop of of our performance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At True View all of our service technicians have no less that 5 years of experience. We also practice OSHA safety requirements to protect ourselves and your home/business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started when we worked for a window cleaning company. From there We knew that we can be a 1000 times better and set the bar so high that nobody would even try to surpass us. We Are the best!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with hundreds of customers from high to medium and low income. And all were super satisfied with the services we did. We also have great experience in commercial work. We set the bar really high in that area as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our services are mostly needed in residential homes. We did some window cleaning and pressure washed a driveway & front walkway. The home had 24 windows and a 2 car driveway. We performed our services in 4 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To all the customers out there. There are many window cleaning companys out there and do a great job too. Don't always go for the highest price thinking that they will do a better job. But also don't go for the lowest as well. Try to stay in the middle. Thats where we practice to stay. But like I've said before all of our jobs are EXCEPTIONAL.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First of all what are the expectations of the outcome of the service? That way we will be on the same page Second. Always talk about price that way we will match up with the clients budget Third. Experience and education always shine in a trade! The more a professional knows the better the outcome.
