What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My base price usually beats any other company around here because I am personally run and own, my discounts raise in percentage the more frequently you schedule appointments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I give free bids at which I will provide separate costs for the outside and inside cleaning, screens and tracks. If the customer is interested I will email them a contract that explains any discounts available and all the prices included. From there once an agreement is made customer will be able to request when they would like their cleanings scheduled.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up managing properties and rentals with my parents, I am very versatile and willing to help you out with anything within my capabilities. I have been cleaning windows professionally for just over 5 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at a company in park city, from which I moved to a company closer to me in Harrisville. Since then I have started doing my own work on the side and recently established this business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any and all, I do not discriminate against anyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There was a bigger home I worked on that had over 600 individual panes (due to all the windows being French pains.) It is always satisfying seeing beautiful homes and leaving with happy customers. The job took 8 hours with 2 men.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Windows that are not cleaned professionally can become damaged or stained over time and a clean home without clean windows is never the same!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Getting multiple quotes, beware of free track cleanings, most companies will overcharge for 3rd story windows and hard water! You can always reach out to me with any questions, I don’t mind helping you out even if you don’t go through me!
