What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Windows are generally $5-$10 depending on size, and power washing $0.25-$0.35 per sq/ft. solar panels are $10 each.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

the first step is a free estimate, I'll come by at your convenience and give you an estimate on how much the service will be. If you are comfortable with the cost I'll get you scheduled and be out to perform whatever cleaning you desire in a quick, safe and efficient manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My Primary training on large scale cleaning happened in The United States Navy, Being stationed aboard several aircraft carriers exposed me to a variety of cleaning method for large areas that were bounded by strict environmental controls. that experience has led me to believe that a pure water cleaning system is by far the safest and most effective means of window and solar panel washing, and that high pressure water is the most responsible way to clean the exterior of a home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned about pure water window washing by accident. In conversation with a gentleman who distributes a variety of cleaning machines he mentioned the Pure water filtration system and I was immediately fascinated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers with very high standards and an expectation of the highest level of attention to detail.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project I handled had a window that had been repeatedly exposed to hard water from a sprinkler system, the process of lifting all of that lime from the glass and finally being able to see through it was incredibly gratifying, and it only took about 30 minutes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire the provider who you know to be reliable, finding providers who follow through consistently is a challenge but it is well worth the effort.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would encourage all customers to research the pure water window cleaning system in depth, the results speak for themselves, but I'm always happy to explain the process and advantages.
