Every customer's needs are different and that is why we always offer a free onsite estimate so you will know the exact cost of the work you would like done at your home. We offer a wide array of all kinds of home maintenance services from window cleaning to pressure washing, deck stain/seal, exterior and interior painting, gutter cleaning, landscape cleanups and installations. We can be a one stop shop for all your exterior home maintenance needs! From small homes to large estate homes, we have done work in all types of settings and on homes in all conditions. We love seeing the difference our work makes in the condition of a house going on the market or just to improve the home for the owner so they can enjoy their home and surroundings without having to do all the maintenance work themselves!

We provide free onsite estimates for all work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We arrange with the client to do an estimate either while they are away at work or set up a time to meet with the client for the estimate. Our clients are often busy professionals so if the estimate can be done from the outside without having to get in the house (window cleaning, pressure washing, deck stain/seal, landscape cleanup etc.) we can swing by and leave the quote in the front door. The client can call us to schedule when they are ready to do the work. If the job requires a bit more direction on what the client needs/wants are, or if it requires access to the home, we set up a time for the client to meet with us for the estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our business is a hands on and experience counts on everything we do. We have been in business doing this type of work since 2007.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jorge started as a landscape supervisor and was in that line of work for 10 years. Then he spent 5 years in Site Development. When the economy crashed in 2007, site development work dried up and he started this business providing services to busy homeowners and it's been a complete success!
