What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We reach out to the customer after an inquiry for services with a free tailored quote. When the quote is approved we work with the customer to schedule at the service at a convenient time. Our professional trained technicians arrive on time using high quality equipment and materials to ensure the best results. After the service, we confirm with the customer that they are satisfied with the work and welcome any feedback. An invoice is sent and then we followup with the customer to ensure everything went well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Technicians are trained by highly knowledgeable skilled trainers in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and holiday light installation. Safety is a priority, so our staff is trained on safe ladder use, proper handling of power washing tools, and working on elevated surfaces, following safety standards.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned a house that included windows, a house wash, and power washing the deck, the stone garden wall, the basketball court, the pool deck, pool cover and hot tub deck. The project took 2 days and the owner was very pleased.
