What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices go with my quality and service. I do not overcharge and am always open to negotiate. I offer discounts to seniors, military, and recurring clients

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I’ll talk to them usually over the phone and give them an estimate either by phone or by going to the location and giving a bid on site. Then I schedule a day and proceed to get the job done. After the cleaning, I talk with them, give them a business card and hope that I work with them again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked with a Pro and he taught me everything he knew. I then proceeded to teach myself as I grew in the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a friends dad a couple years back. He moved to Georgia and offered me to buy the business but I decided to not buy and start my own thing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with people from all spheres. This includes businesses and business men, the elderly, people who serve in the military, and probably every kind of person in this world

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a house in Seattle with walls of windows. This project was cool because you rarely see windows like this. You can check it out in the photos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for good people, not just good prices.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they would like interior and exterior cleaned or just exterior cleaned and if they have small details about the job that are important like screens, skylights, or other windows or details.
