I love to do bachelor pads or bachelorette pads it's just fun to help set up the home especially when they don't have a sense of structure in it already it usually takes about 6 hours for a 3bedroom 1 bathroom

ask about their availability, tools and if they have a partner to help with the project

if their home has ever been professionally cleaned, or when the last time it was cleaned. if they have pets and if their natural hair sheds a lot. that makes sure we have an idea about how long it will take to do the initial dust. dusting alone takes about 2 hours especially if there are 2 pets
