What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free onsite estimates in San Francisco. If it's outside of San Francisco, we do require a $145 service fee for onsite estimates. However, the service fee will go toward the job cost if you ended up deciding to work with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It would be ideal if you can provide pictures first so we can have an initial discussion if we can help or not before we travel onsite to save both parties time.

Ryan is a C17 licensed glazier with 16 years of experience. He gains all the experiences from the real field in both commercial and residential. Windows repair, glass replacements, storefront windows, and shower doors are our specialties.

Ryan's first job was already a glazier work, so he learned from the field with years of experience.

There is a lot of demand for wood windows repair and window glass replacements in the San Francisco Bay Area. Depending on the windows count and the work type, I can deliver quality work with 4-6 windows in a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would recommend you verify with your provider for their license. A licensed glazier's work will provide you a safe work and save you money in the long run.
