What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Imperium Windows offers free in-home consultations, measuring and estimates. NO SALES PRESSURE. When our customers decide to place their order, a Measure Tech Manager visits them to measure twice, turns in their order and schedules an Installation date in a timely matter.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 15 years experience in saving Orange County homeowners money on their home improvement needs. Our Window Manufacturing and Installation Team has over 20 years experience in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was raised by my Step-Father who was a General Contractor and taught me to always treat people the way I want to be treated, be honest, only choose quality products and hire experienced Installers.
