What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very reasonable, and I do give free estimates

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1, Schedule a time to visit the customer to measure and give estimate. Step 2, Confirm pricing and recieve 50% deposit to place glass on order. Step 3, In 3-5 business days we will contact the customer to schedule installation

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been glazing since my early years in high-school. As soon as I graduated I joined the glazier's union, and gained experience working commercial and residential glass jobs. I completed the apprentice schooling and received Journeyman status. I also hold an AGMT (Architectural Glass and Metal Technician) certification

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a 2nd generation Glazier, my father introduced me to the trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home Owners, realtors, landlords, small business owners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One customer had his windows broken for years, he gave me a call and I took care of 5 of his windows the same day from 3pm to 7pm. Finished the project right before storms started to hit and he was very happy with the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around and get estimates to get the best pricing

How soon do you want the project done? What is your budget for the project?
