What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have a standard price per sq foot, but it is variable based on the degree of difficulty of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we like to talk to the customer and find out their needs. Next we schedule an appointment, at which time we leave them a price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our employees have been and continue to attend all related classes or training that is available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

18 years ago I was offered the opportunity to work with a true professional. From there I came to here.

All types. Commercial, residential, corporations, and insurance companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Total remodel of a home it took about 4 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have a place of business not just an email and a phone, hard to find that type when things go wrong.

what is the budget/ how do they want it to look/what is the time frame they want it done in.
