I treat each job as if I'm working on my own house, no matter how big or small the job is. I want the customer to say "wow" about the job I did, word of mouth is still the best advertising. I've been doing glass work for almost 25 yrs, started my own business last year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very fair n try to be accommodating on who I'm dealing with n working for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First a phone call to set up a time to meet to go over the scope of the job, make sure we're both on the same page of all the work. Depends on the job size if I give a price then n there. bigger jobs I usually call later on with a price n go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

high school diploma, 4 yrs apprenticeship in glaziers union. in the business for 25 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started out of high school working for my father, he owned a glass business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types people who owned properties to mom n pop business. Worked on my neighbors house, not much I haven't seen

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

replaced wood & new capping around the window because it was rotting away.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

be specific on what type of work your looking for. If not sure ask, don't assume anything. Be fair we're just trying to feed our families

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where are they located, how busy are they, how long will a job take to do?
