Start with asking what their goals are for the Project. Then answer as many questions as possible. At that point it will give me a good Idea of their expectations and develop pricing, Materials & type of installation for the Project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 50 years of experience dating back to 1970 starting as a Glazier. Then over the Years I acquired the necessary experience to Obtain all the Correct State Contractor’s License’s to serve the Customers of the Greater Sacramento Area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just replaced a furnace in a couple of hours For a friends Mother so she could have heat For her house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have the correct Contractor’s License to start. Ask a lot of questions and If he/she has done other projects that you Are thinking about doing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Budget is at the top of the list then long and Short term goals. You want to make sure before You do any home improvement that you Do improvements or repairs in the correct Order so that you do have to duplicate any Work than was done.
