What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes, when purchasing glass it just comes down to how much square footage glass you need to purchase, and the labor, time it takes to install plus tax.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule an appointment, give a quote on site, receive a deposit of half the quote, balance due on completion. Order the glass, then about 5 to 6 business days receiving the glass from the fabricator, then scheduling a install time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Various glass companies in the industry. From installing residential and Commercial Windows, also shower enclosures, and mirrors. Also sales estimating, to operations management in the glass production and fabrication.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

First job out of high school..about 11years ago..time fly's!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, General Contractors, Property Maintenance, Architects remodelers, apartment complexes

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Replacing about 12 bad seal windows in one house. Only took a day. customers love being able to actually see out of her Windows. The homeowner was happy with the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Years of experience in the glazing trade. making sure the individual has a background and are comfortable with the project that you are presenting to them.

What type of window you have...single pane or double pane
