What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing has a very broad range. Depending on what work needs to be done, it can very inexpensive to costing a good deal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet new people and I consider myself very outgoing. I want to make people feel comfortable working with Classic Window & Glass by being completely transparent and honest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been trained in all aspects of glass work. Residential, Commercial as well as Industrial.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was hired on as a helper many many years ago which turned into an apprenticeship. From there I built a decade of experience in this industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type. From homeowners to contractors to state and local officials.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I would say that my specialty is showers. Every type: frameless, semiframeless and fully framed. I love to design and install peoples' dream showers!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For window or screen replacements , have dimensions ready. width and height. Take photos if your unsure what the part or parts are called.
