What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a veterans discount! Every job has a $60 trip charge. That is how we pay for our Craftsman's transportation cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will confirm a date and time, provide a free estimate over the phone. Our Craftsman will call you the day before your appointment to confirm the details. He will show up on time and do an outstanding job!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed General Contractor (GB-98: NM# 411145) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) AAS in Construction Technology. I'm in school for my MBA. Go Lobos! I was an Engineering Craftsman in the US Air Force.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was in the Air Force, work needed to be done to keep our base operational. I was tasked with leading a lot of projects as a staff sergeant. I drove dozens of large projects in locations across Europe. It was difficult, but I really enjoyed the craft and leadership side of that assignment. Owning this business and leading this team has kept me busy since I got out in 2020.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial restaurants and gyms, homeowners, landlords, health clinics, government agencies, furniture companies and other vendors that need us for instal or assembly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

From Derek: I got bored of installing ceiling fans so often, so I challenged myself to get quicker every time. He can install a ceiling fan in 15-20 minutes now!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone that is licensed, bonded, and insured. This protects you and them from liability.
