What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is to personally meet the customer and take a few minutes to listen to the expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have more than 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I arrived to this country, I started working with a friend and he taught me many different skills. However, I have mastered certain techniques such as textured painting and installing crown moldings, installing wallpaper, building walls, building closets, doing power wash, sealer etc.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different people and in many different settings, such as residential homes and commercial properties,(buildings)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked in a home starting out with only a paint job. Eventually, ended up replacing wood floors, painting exterior of house, and some cabinetry work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look at prior work and if necessary ask for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure both you and the professional know exactly what is expected. (No surprises)
