Pricing is very reasonable and competitive , discounts are applied without customer needing to ask for one. Discounts are applied from 10% to Contractor Sq ft Pricing .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically when working with a new customer, we do our best to educate them in any knowledge from 13+ Years of experience. We always ask customer to think of questions they are curious about no matter if its about product or technical information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have trained with many other Glaziers with 20+ years in the window industry, as well as worked for a nationwide company that provided extensive training in safety and products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got introduced to this type of work from a cousin who already was working in the glass industry. I started off with helping Glaziers install glass to installing and then later advanced to sales. I soon then began training other colleagues of mine for installs or Sales. Helping the company with 40+ employees.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise to educate themselves about what they need done, there are many questions to ask when getting windows Serviced or Replaced. There are many ways to educate yourself online about products and procedures.

A few things to think about before talking to a Professional might be -How many windows need servicing? -Can I Update to energy efficient glass? -Do I know what kind of window I have? -Is it double pane glass or single pane?
