What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a small glass business. We do not have a lot of overhead so we can offer you some cheaper prices than the big name companies for the same work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will contact you and either give a bid by phone or set up an appointment to come out and give you a free estimate. Sometimes we can come out and do the job right then.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the glass industry for 20+ years. I started actually making the glass then moved up to installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at a glass company cutting and make glass for customers then I moved up into installation. I opened my own business over 10 years ago and have been doing all kinds of glass work since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from golf courses and malls to residential customers needing to have their windows repaired or replaced.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Not too long ago we took on the replacement of all the older single pane windows into newer insulated double pane glass windows in a very large two story home. I believe it was 26 windows and we had the windows in and out in 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Since I am a small business I recommend considering the smaller company over the big box cutter companies. We take our time and do the job right from start to finish. We are not rushed and make sure every detail is correct.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First, if they are ready to put the project into action. Also, give as many details as you can so we can give a proper estimate.
