A glass installation service you can trust. We are a certified and insured family-owned business located in Austin, TX. We strive for our products and services to not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations. We offer glass repair and installation for windows, shower doors, patio doors, mirrors, balconies, sunrooms, and more. We can also install folding glass panels for the perfect view! Our goal is to “lead by example” by providing excellent customer service, quality work, and one of a kind installations. Free estimates are offered online only if all details of the project can be provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do our best to offer customers free estimates online as quickly as possible when all details requested regarding the project can be provided by the customer. Otherwise, we conduct site visits in order to get accurate project details, which may include a fee dependent on the travel distance required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will reach out to new customers via the Thumbtack messaging system or by calling the customer in order to collect more details on the project and schedule any needed appointments. We aim to answer any questions asked by the customer to the best of our ability, providing as much detail as possible, and to explain our timelines, project process, and any technical information needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner and lead installer has over a decade of experience installing and repairing glass, including window panes/units, shower doors, mirrors, balconies, folding glass, and more. Our business is also certified and insured in the state of Texas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a family run business, we have been surrounded by this kind of work our entire lives, through family members who are glass manufacturers and installers. Our owner spent much of his young adult years in a glass manufacturing facility surrounded by the different machines, tools, and supplies used, and gaining an early understanding of the industry. We hope to carry our work forward in our family’s future generations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers and have deep appreciation for all of our customers. We recognize that no one size fits all and that different customers have different needs and interests. We are open to working all kinds of jobs that fit into our services, no matter how big or small.
