What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are very competitive, discount is offered depends on the job ( size, difficulty...etc) there is no fees added to our prices and taxes are included.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple, we usually start with a free no obligation estimate, upon approval to the customer we take our measurements and send the order in. The turnaround time for install is usually 2 to 3 days for regular glass and 7 to 10 days for special order (like tempered).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed a Glass and glazing training and I have 10 years field experience with residential and commercial projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always thinking about changing carriers for a better opportunity and glass repair was not on my list until I got the chance to help a friend, I liked it a lot and decided that’s what I want to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with all type of customers in Va, MD and DC. We focus more on residential but we also do commercial.
