What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price can be adjusted and tweak a little but the price that I am charged for the concrete delivery is not my call

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Looking at the project, setting a date, and starting the work m. If it’s a small job I ask for half to start and the rest after completion. For larger jobs that require more help and cost I break it down in 1/3 start, 1/3 on concrete delivery date and 1/3 on job completion

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Knowledge of concrete and knowledge of what the state of Arizona requirements are

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in the concrete union as a journeyman finisher and doing COVID I decided that it was time to go out on my own and help also help people out because I noticed that some of my co workers were extremely high on prices they were charging people with their side jobs

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers from young to old and all cultures of people. Race is not important to me because all people are created equal in the sight of God.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A home that we took the entire lower floor out to prep and acid stain. This project took a entire week but the results were amazing

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you choose one try and get at least one more estimate if possible

Can they afford it. How soon would they like it done. What payment methods do the professionals prefer
