What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price by the project, not the hour. However, our minimum job is $150. Our pricing may be higher than other companies that offer similar services because we are licensed, background checked and insured. We offer a one year craftsmanship warranty on all of our projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set a free estimate appointment for you with one of our experienced craftsmen. We will understand what your needs and priorities for the project are and work out the estimate. After you receive the estimate and accept it, we will call you and schedule the work appointment. To schedule this appointment, we will require 10% or $1,000, whichever is less, deposit.
