Every job is different so we offer free estimates & fair on pricing to accommodate our clients. We also offer discounts for seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We greet our customers with a smile. We offer virtual estimates, but require to confirm in person for accurate prices. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to show our workmanship.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CSLB licensed since 1988; MG Simms Painting has completed hundreds of jobs over the years with extremely satisfied customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1985, MG Simms Painting started as a family-based business with one crew. We have grown to several locations in California.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with residential customers, government contracts, and commercial properties. With 37 years in the business, we have seen and done it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed 16 homes near the Montclair area of Oakland in under 6 months. I am extremely proud of the customer satisfaction and timeliness of each project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Prioritizing price over experience and professionalism will cost you more in the end. Verify they are licensed and properly insured (workers comp, liability insurance, employees that have been screened).

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Enough to have a clear understanding of what's going on and what will occur. Check the above and start there; a good contractor will help you from beginning to end.
