What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price are extremely competitive below the market, price matching. We run promotional advertisement up 25 to 35 % discounted prices for any projects on holidays. 10 to 15 % discount on all projects upon signing the contract. Please check our website for more details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A quick intro & detail questioning about he project. An appointment for free estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve got one more in order to complete my bachelors degree in communication/business. Certified Mohawk installer. Hands on extensive work experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in sales at flooring store 20 years ago. After 2 years in sales I became Mohawk certified flooring installer. Hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, linoleum, vinyl planks, ceramic tiles.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My cliental ranges from Middle to high end. I’ve worked with high end interior designer & largest flooring companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

3600 sq/ft. Installed engineered hardwood flooring throughout the house, 28 box & 12 pie steps. Completed project in 10 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A professional with over 10 year of experienced. Must be bonded, licensed & insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Find a pro with over at least 10 years of experience. Must be registered business, bonded, licensed & insured who can give some sort of warranties On installation.
