What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are competitive with our pricing but will not go to low just to get a job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come out and measure the areas and bring samples if needed. We go over details of the tear out and installation process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed contractor and have taken training classes along the way. I was in the hardwood union before becoming a contractor. My guys have all been trained by me so they do not have the bad habits of other installers

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to do sand and finish work. I was working in the union and wanted to work for myself. In 2007 I took classes to become a contractor and made it happen.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. Homeowners, Contractors, Shops and Other trades.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a project in Vacaville. They were referred by their family who we did floors for a few years ago. Its always nice to get someones relative so we can show them what a great job we do. If they had went to a shop they would've easily paid an additional $5000.00 plus.
