Introduction

I love what I do and I'm very knowledgeable because of it. My passion drives me to outperform my peers, and my knowledge allows me to supersede all customer's satisfactions. Knowing that the customer will be satisfied when we leave the job. Period.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing system is simple and always explained in detail with the customer. No hidden costs. I don't do bulk pricing, you will understand every thing that we do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Always.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've enjoyed building since day one. The second I got into it, I hit the ground running and have never stopped learning. I started at a young age building decks for a small company, asked questions, and learned the trade from the inside out.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
It truly varies. I have done, and know how to do, everything from the foundation up.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently did some subcontracting for a Contractor on a bathroom job. The customer was so fed up she asked the Contractor himself not to return to the home, and requested myself. We solved every issue, and rebuilt the customer's confidence. The reward came when the customer swore to refer us and give a testimonial on our website, which we currently use.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Again, ask a lot of questions. Make sure your builder knows what they are doing. Listen to their advice, and do your own research to make sure that they know what they are doing. References are important. It is your home, your money; You deserve the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers have been asking me to get out there and sell yourself and this is what I'm doing. I'm looking forward to taking business from the big companies and the guys/hacks who do not belong in this business.
