We offer FREE consultations and estimated for both, Residential and Commercial premises, with very competitive pricing options without compromising on quality or professionalism.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most jobs will require a site visit for a better evaluation, all site visits are FREE and will have a Free estimate. We will then schedule a time with the customer, once visit is done, the estimate will be sent via email (same day estimate or next day depending on the job). Once the customer agrees on the estimate, the job will be scheduled (payment is required to schedule the appointment). We are always available via email for any inquiry or questions and available by phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years of experience in this field. We have undergone various cleaning training throughout our 20 years. Red Cedar Management has a certification from Atomes for recently undergoing the ADVANCED training on the Cleaning & Disinfection and Proper Application of Atomes Products line. The head of our Handyman Department has 2 licenses as well: class A HIC and a CIS license, for residential and commercial improvement.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have over 20 years of experience in this field overseas, and after relocating we decided to share our expertise and knowledge with our community and offer optimal services and competitive prices.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with commercial and residential customer. We have taken small and big jobs. Residential: all types of home, apartments, single family, villas etc (exterior and interior work). Commercial: restaurants, schools, showrooms, offices, factories, facilities etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most rewarding aspects in our handyman work is exceeding our client's expectations. We especially enjoy projects where the client is initially skeptical about the time line. There's nothing better than completing the job not only faster than anticipated but with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The best part? Seeing the look of awe and satisfaction on our clients' faces when we leave. Every project, big or small, is an opportunity to prove that great service can be efficient and professional!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are working with pros with experience. Meet the people, reach our to them and see how they interact with you and if they have your interest at best. Make sure they offer you a clear estimates and options. Make sure they use high-end quality products, materials and machinery, and that they have a professional and well trained team.

What specific cleaning or maintenance service do I need? Am I looking for a good quality job or low quality job? What is my budget? Are there any areas of my home or business that require special attention? Do I need a one-time service or am I looking for a long term service? Checked its website or social media to see its portfolio? What are the terms and conditions of the service, including payment methods etc.?
