We do not climb on the roof unless it is absolutely necessary. It will lighten up most of the grout to its original color, keep in mind that grout is porous so accumulated grime, dirt and grease overtime fades and can stain the grout permanently. But we will do our very best to get it clean and even! $99 (Deep Clean & Sanitize First 2 areas or up to 200 sq. ft.) • First 2 areas: $99 (includes up to 200 sq. ft) • Additional areas or greater than 200 sq. ft. will be charged $0.75 / sq. ft. ********* GROUT SEALING ********* Some homeowners decide to seal their grout AFTER cleaning it. This will help keep your grout clean and with more of an even tone. The clear seal acts like a “barrier” that will help the grout not get as dirty. It will still get dirty. But not as much because the seal “blocks the porous surface to a certain extent. - Grout Clear Sealing: $0.25 / sq. ft. + $0.75 / sq. ft. for cleaning (0.80/sq ft) - Grout Color Sealing: $ 1/ sq ft + $0.75 / sq. ft. for cleaning ($1.75/sq ft) ********* MATTRESS CLEANING ********* • Twin Sized Bed/Toddler Beds: $79 (one side) • Full or Queen: $99 (one side) • King: $119 (one side) • Clean 2nd side for 50% OFF of the first side cleaning cost.
