What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to ask what the priorities and expectations are when we begin a new task. Everyone has different priorities and ideas of what "clean" means, so communication is key!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many years of professional experience and am self taught through online tutorials and reading but most of my education comes from product trials for all of the kinds of surfaces and levels of grime. We have tackled some pretty tuff jobs and have learned what chemicals are best for everything.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always liked cleaning and I decided to make him work after working for other cleaning companies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a huge variety of clients from young, single people who only have a small studio apt, bigger families with multiple rooms and bathrooms, clients with pricey interiors that have to be handled in certain ways, move out cleaning jobs to get your place as close to new as possible, eco friendly cleanings. We are confident that we can help you whatever your dynamics may be.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We average about 35 cleaning jobs per week. I can estimate how long a job will take us but sometimes you never know until you dive in. A typical deep clean of a very dirty bathroom might take 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on how much scrubbing for buildup is needed. Typically kitchens take 30 mins- 1 hr and each room can take about 30 mins with a good dusting, vacuuming/mopping.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Many cleaners seek to get the job done with as few expenses as they can cut. Make sure they are not re-using rags from other homes and are thoroughly sanitizing tools between jobs. An experienced cleaner should know what products can be used.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What can they expect from each room in the house, the types of materials they carry and level of experience they have with deep cleaning. Some cleaners spend a lot of time on tiny details that you may or may not care too much about so make sure you ask where most of the time is focused on.
