Introduction

We have been servicing Laptops and Desktops for over 23 years now, we have developed special tools and techniques that make us stand out. We also do Data Recovery and have 3 forensic servers to retrieve your data as well as Forensic software. The challenge, sometimes something new pops up and we always love a good challenge to figure out the issue, and its great to see a customer happy when we tell them there computer is running perfectly. At this time we do not repair cracked or damaged desktop monitors, or curved monitors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Its not complicated at all, we charge $40.00 for a desktop bench fee, which allows us to start working and diagnose the issue, then we charge x.xx to fix the problem, which we notify the customer first before working on it. We charge $85.00 for a laptop and then x.xx to fix it

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Explain to them what we will be doing, how we will fix their machine, we will take them step by step on how we will repair their machine. We will also call them and tell them the progress of their machine. When we are done we will call them to inform them what has been done and the outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes we research on a daily basis, in our field, certifications only take you so far, you really needs to be hands on to learn.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My friend and I started in 1976 in his garage selling computer parts, that migrated to where we are now, doing computer repair, over the years we have had to reinvent ourselves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We do virus removal, data recovery, data transfer, any type of laptop or desktop computer repair.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recovered a women's pictures that included her baby being born. Recovering customers data is our priority, there have been times where there has been tears of sadness when they come in, because the drive is not working, and then there are tears of joy, when they come and pick up the data, because it is recovered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the person who you are going to hire if they know how to reload the operating system without losing the data, you would be surprised how many technicians are in the Valley here, that have erased customers data. Ask them how long it will take. Ask them approximately how much it will cost.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We are self taught here, our vast knowledge has been acquired by trial and error and now has been perfected to a T.
