What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a one hour minimum. We bill in 15min increments after the first hour. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military and Tribal Members. 🪶

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak to the customer and get acquainted with them and their problem/needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA with a minor in accounting and over 30 years of both practical and technical experience. I began programming on a TRS-80 in 1982 using Basic 1.0. I've been involved with technology ever since. I have Networking and technical certifications dating all the way back to Netware and Lantastic in the late 1980's and 1990's to Microsoft and Apple today. I am the inventor / founder and developer of the Computers 4 Tots training program for children and young adults. I am also an experienced Audio Engineer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in 1982 in a Gifted/Talented program through my elementary school on a TRS-80, the predesessor to the first personal computer. I have been heavily involved with Technology ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Training from children to seniors through a franchise I founded in the early 2000's I worked with hundreds of businesses Businesses ranging from Agriculture to Car dealerships to international corporations spanning the globe, to military and industrial clients to virtually every imagineable field in between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Base your decision not only on others feedback, but also on a providers experience. A person with experience can typically perform a task much faster than someone without, so despite having a higher rate, the experienced provider almost always ends day up being the betterment value. Just as you wouldn't search for the least expensive Brain Surgeon, don't allow price to always be the determining factor for something as important to your business as technology. A poorly made tech decision can make or break a business. Technology is a tool that should make your life and business easier, not something that should be a burden. Properly designed, well implemented technology should be almost invisible to the user.
