We start with a short discovery call to understand your goals and current setup. From there, we’ll schedule a free assessment and create a tailored service plan. Once approved, onboarding begins with documentation, cleanup, and securing your environment — all with minimal disruption to your team.

Our team has over a decade of experience in managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance. We’re trained in Microsoft 365, endpoint protection, HIPAA compliance, and network infrastructure — and we stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats and best practices through ongoing technical and business certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mash IT was founded after years of working in enterprise IT and seeing small businesses left behind when it came to quality support. We saw an opportunity to deliver professional, secure, and personal IT services to small businesses that deserved better — and we’ve never looked back.

We primarily support small to mid-sized businesses, especially in healthcare, legal, real estate, and professional services. Whether it’s a 5-person clinic or a 70-user engineering firm, we tailor support to your size, industry, and compliance needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently migrated a 70-user healthcare organization from on-prem servers to Microsoft Entra ID with full Intune deployment. The project took about 3 weeks and included planning, testing, live migration, endpoint hardening, and end-user training. Zero escalated issues, and the client was thrilled!
