What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Everyone must bring in current shot records of their pets. Distemper Vaccination Rabies if older than 6 months Fecal Test Bordetella With training or daycare, we like an evaluation to see what your needs are and how your dog will get along with there new friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been training dogs for over 30 years. I'm a certified Pro Master Trainer with I.A.C.P and behaviorist. I work with local rescues and shelters with dogs that would have been euthanized without my training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started dog training by helping friends and family with their dogs. When the economy changed and there was no work I started doing what I loved to do and started K9 Kindergarten. I love what I do and have helped over 3500 pets and their families with basic and advanced obedience training.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with people that have tried everything with their pets even other trainers. Some dogs are just not treat motivated or may have food aggression or are just aggressive. You can't work with these dogs to help them just by giving them a treat.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a dog with neophobia. ( fear of everything ) he's was going to be euthanized. So Heavenly Paws Contacted us for help Within a few weeks we turned this 6 year old Boarder lab mix into an obedient confident dog and found him a home him a home through K9 Petz Rescue. He still visit and we love Titan.
