What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Fetch has a quick onboarding process and once we find the perfect Fetch pet professional for your pet services a consultation is set up prior to any visits starting!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am Cat & Dog CPR Certified thru ProPetHero I also have 3 dogs and a cat myself and I have been a volunteer for a local animal control and dog rescue for over 7 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
As a Dog& Cat Mom I felt the anxiety when it was time to travel - and thinking about leaving my senior pets. For me boarding wasn't an option with them- so I wanted give people the peace of mind I would look for - when I needed a pet sitter while on vacation or a dog walker while I was working.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have an amazing network of clients. From clients who work in the city and need daily dog walks, to clients who now work from home and need those same walks. We have couples who travel on the weekends and need vacation care visits to clients who are taking a much needed vacation and need us for a week long visit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What type of visits would work best for your pets well being in your absence. If you haven't been away from your pet much since the pandemic - you may want to increase the number of visits just so the pet doesn't stress about being alone. If you have had a pet sitter before - what was the experience? What did you like or not like about the service? So you know what you are looking for in your next sitter. If you pet is nervous around new people or skiddish - think about adding a few visits before you leave so the pet is comfortable with the sitter. Anything that gives you peace of mind - is a good thing.
