What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to deliver the most thorough and encompassing service in Tucson. Quality and service first! Premium products only! Our initial service fee is for the initial flush out treatment. The reoccurring fees are for the maintenance treatments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discovery- we want to know your pest problems and needs. Solution- we will suggest a package and solution to satisfy those needs. Schedule- we offer 24hr and sometimes same day services. Maintain- The Most important part of keeping a pest free home, proper maintenance. Maintaining a bug free home is not a one time wave of a wand. It takes months for bugs to move into your home, and equally to get them out. Once you’ve achieved taking your home back, we help keep it that way! It’s your home, we help keep it that way with regular affordable services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple licenses from the Department of Agriculture’s, Pest Management Division. 8 years of pest management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started as a Technician in 2012, worked my way up in several companies across the nation. Worked as a consultant and branch manager most recently when we decided it was time to start our own. My wife and I wanted a family owned and operated Business, something we could better serve our children and the local community with.

Residential, commercial, schools, ag.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Starting this business. It’s growing rapidly and my wife and I couldn’t be more excited.
