What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know my pricing is below average but I think everyone should be able to get a thoroughly cleaned house within their budget. The customer should also know that pricing for 'add-ons' is part of my "all inclusive rate", using specialty products (ie. Bona, Mold & Mildew remover, Heavy Duty Degreaser, etc) is extra & I charge a standard service fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I really like to get a full understanding of what the customer needs so that I can provide an accurate quote along with the customer sometimes sending pictures of the areas that need attention.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Self trained... I've been cleaning houses half my life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When friends & family saw how well my services were, they started to refer me to other people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Friends, family, ages 30 +, people with disabilities or health conditions, large families, single & married people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm really fond of organizing projects. Not most recent but one time I did a whole house from the 3rd floor storage/play/craft space all the way down the garage. I went 2 days a week for about 4 hours and I took 2-3 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are consistent with their work & meet all your needs so that you get your money's worth & are able to rehire them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

*Do you own a vaccum in good working condition?* What areas need to be cleaned? What is your budget? What level of dust or pet hair do you have (low, moderate, severe)? How long since your last cleaning?
