Introduction

I've been in the culinary industry for over 15yrs. most of it has been on the Vegas strip at casinos like Wynn, Caesars Palace, and Paris Hotel. In 2017 I decided to use the experience I've gained and share it with everyone. What I like to bring to my clients is an experience that we create together and to make it memorable. I do offer a first time client discount anywhere from $50 to $150

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I really like to get a feel from customers about their event so we can provide the best eating experience for the guest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended culinary school back in 2001, during my work experience on the Las Vegas strip I earned my servsafe certificate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked 13yrs in banquets and catering and decided i needed to take that experience along with my touch and share with everyone else.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with high end clients (NBA,NFL,celebrities, business execs) But in my book all clients are VIP.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
