Estimates All estimates are based on the information provided by the client (square footage, number of rooms, current condition of the property, etc.). Time and cost may vary depending on the actual condition of the home at the time of service. Estimates are not final invoices. Additional charges may apply for: Undisclosed rooms or conditions Heavy buildup or neglected areas Add-on services requested during the cleaning 2. Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only when: We receive all required details (address, square footage, room count, service type) A valid credit/debit card is placed on file You agree to our Terms & Conditions 3. Card on File & Pre-Authorization For all new clients and one-time cleanings, a card is required on file at the time of booking. Your card may be pre-authorized for the estimated amount but will not be charged until the job is completed. We will notify you if the job requires more time or additional services prior to continuing work beyond the estimated scope. 4. Time Windows Cleanings are scheduled within a 1-hour arrival window. If delays occur (e.g., traffic or job overlap), you will be notified promptly. Cleanings are charged based on actual time spent on-site, per our hourly rate matrix. 5. Final Invoice After the cleaning is completed, your card on file will be charged for the total hours worked and any applicable add-ons. You will receive an itemized receipt via email or SMS.
