What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To find someone who fits their needs and best fits their family and the family needs and most of all someone who makes them feel comfortable. In this industry you have to be able to feel comfortable with your potential house cleaner because those people will be in your home, which is your safe space.
