Pricing Details Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home, the number of bathrooms, and the number of rooms to determine a base rate. We also offer optional add-ons that may affect the final price depending on your specific cleaning needs. Recurring Discounts: 15% off for weekly clients 10% off for bi-weekly clients 5% off for monthly clients Cancellation Policy: We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the size of your space. Then, we provide a quote and go over any add-ons you might want. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your cleaning, gather your information and show up ready to get the job done right.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've been cleaning our whole life, but my experience in the military really leveled up my skills. My MOS taught me how to make sure things are not just clean, but truly maintained — and how to keep them that way efficiently.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Cleaning started from a young age, but it became more serious during my time in the military, where I learned the importance of attention to detail and high standards. From there, I realized I could turn that experience into a professional service to help others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with a variety of clients — including busy families, working professionals, seniors, and property managers. Whether it’s regular home cleanings or move-out jobs, we tailor each service to fit the clients needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our first cleaning as a new business went great! It was a deep clean of a 700 sq. ft. space with no pets, but there were a lot of items to work around. I handled it solo and took the time — about 3 hours — to make sure everything on our checklist was done right and the client was happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly. Make sure they’re upfront about pricing, what’s included, and any add-ons. Most importantly, choose someone who treats your home with care — like it’s their own. Like us!

Clients should think about what areas they want cleaned, how often they need service, their budget, and if they have any special requests like pet hair removal or deep cleaning certain spaces. Knowing these things upfront helps us give the most accurate quote and the best service.
