What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is customized to your cleaning needs. Ask us about our $75 savings for new customers!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will speak with you directly about your cleaning expectations and how we can serve you. All estimates are completed via telephone (or via this portal) so you don't have to wait for someone to come to your home. After you book service with us, we will confirm the cleaning date/time before sending one of our Pros to your home to clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has over 20 years of small business experience as an attorney, entrepreneur and business professional. All of our Pros have completed at least one week of training before graduating to provide service in your home. Our training is a combination of extensive online training built and designed by and for MaidPro cleaning professionals along with on-the-job training for our office team leaders.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Collectively our team has been cleaning for years, and MaidPro has been in business for 20 years. We are excited to bring the MaidPro cleaning experience to Upstate SC!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Individuals, small businesses, landlords, Airbnb hosts

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our average deep clean / first time clean of a 2500 square foot homes takes approximately 4-5 hours. We spend the most time in the kitchen and then clean other areas based on your preferences. We are happy to provide a high level estimate here, but please call us to tailor that estimate based on your priority for areas cleaned and your budget. We look forward to serving you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Think about your expectations of a clean when hiring a provider. Do you just want someone fast? Do you want someone with low prices? Do you want a licensed, bonded professional with consistent cleaning standards? Do you want to be responsible for tracking your cash payments to providers for the IRS every year or would you prefer to have a professional cleaning service manage that tax headache?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think through the risks of hiring an individual cleaner without insurance and bonding v. hiring a professional service. An individual cleaner MAY have a lower hourly rate, but it may be a little more work to manage tax implications for you.
