What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to come out and see the job to give a fair price sometimes a picture and measurements work out to. discounts apply when more than one room is painted sometimes we offer painting one small bathroom for free if you paint more than 3 rooms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet the client then talk about the process like how long it'll take and what we will be doing you can ask any question.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Finished high school looked into car painting but saw that house painting was a little more adventurous and fun meeting new people. with the training part ever since I was in school I would go with my father he has his own painting business as well that's how I learned and we never stop learning everyday you learn something new.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandfather started then my dad and now myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers like a old friend had senior homes and also bought a few hotels and his daughter started building her house new construction. we worked with restaurant owners as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we painted a old mechanic shop that didn't stand out owner asked for a bright red color now it stands out alot.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask a lot of questions like how will they prep your job how long it'll take them. Its ok to be picky sometimes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have an idea of how you'd like the job done how many colors there will be in one room, if ceilings and walls are the same color or different stuff like that but we don't mind helping you out with that nor last minute adjustments.
