Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer fixed pricing on projects, provided we have been able to visit, measure, and inspect the project. Once complete, pricing will not change unless the customer changes the product (by choice or because of limited availability) or we experience issues we're unable to anticipate. If we experience this situation, we will discuss the way ahead and pricing before moving forward. We also offer a lifetime transferrable* guarantee on our installations. If there is any issue with the product or the installation we are your one point of contact. * guarantee transferrable to new owners if property sold within 2 years of installation completion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We schedule a free in-home consultation to meet with the customer in the space to be updated. After understanding their vision for he space, we'll measure the space, and discuss variables of the project. Once measuring is complete. We'll prepare multiple options with products that will meet the customer's vision nd then bring those samples into the house so the customer can shop in their own home and own lighting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have three years experience and countless hours of study of products and installation processes to ensure each customer get's the best options for their project. We ensure that each customer is well educated on their project to ensure they have all the information they need to make the best decisions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
As I finished my US Army career I felt drawn to this business. As an Army logistician, I enjoy bringing all the moving pieces together to produce beautiful projects for my customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all types of customers, working on small and large projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a project for the Tessa, working through various challenges to get the project completed in a short timeline. Unexpected challenges caused us to be creative in addressing their project. Our installers went above and beyond to get the project completed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you are comparing apples to apples when looking at completive quotes. Often the products are not the same, causing pricing to be significantly varied. Be educated on your project, and ask all of your vendors the same questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ensure each vendor considers what products are being removed, what additional efforts are required, and explains all that is included in their proposal. I encourage them to hold all vendors accountable for the quotes they provide, not allowing them to nickel and dime the customer into a higher price for their project.
