Handyman Charge sheet • To secure a time slot, an address, phone number, and email is needed immediately upon request. Time slots are given first come first served. • Fuel surcharge for all clients starting March 1, 2021- $15.00 over 7 miles. • Deposit, non-refundable for all clients for each scheduled service day. Applied to final bill. $50.00 • Materials have a 40% mark up • $85.00 per hour, discounts to military (active duty and retired), and first responders only. • Drywall patching small holes and cracks $150 labor plus materials if necessary • Drywall patching large holes, cracks, or new drywall $300 plus materials • New ceiling fan install $175 (electrical available) • New ceiling fan install with removal of old fan or light $250 • New ceiling fan install with new electrical $375 with materials included (NO fan) • New ceiling light or wall light install $75 • New ceiling light or wall light install with removal of old light or fan $90 • Replacement of bathroom exhaust fan- motor only $60 plus materials • Replacement of bathroom exhaust fan with new housing and cover- $165 • Replacement of light switch or outlet with removal of old one $40 each plus materials • Smoke detector replacement with removal of old detector $30 each plus materials • Swing set/Playset assembly- $650.00-$1000.00 depending on size. • Furniture assembly per piece $85-$500 depending on size and complexity • Furnace/Air conditioning Repair- $100 service call weekday, $150 weekend, $250 holiday, $125 per hour for repairs, plus parts • Furnace/Air conditioning system maintenance or clean and check- $85 per system, plus parts if needed • Thermostat replacement/install/upgrade- $125.00 plus parts if needed • Grill cleaning- gas or propane $85.00; wood pellet $100.00 • Grill repairs- $85.00 per hour plus parts • Garage door opener install with removal of old one- $225.00 please materials • Doorbell repairs- $85.00 plus materials • Doorbell replacement- $125.00 plus materials • Storm door install $200 • Storm door install with removal of old door $265.00 plus material if necessary • New faucet install with removal of old one $145.00 • Toilet repairs- $50.00 plus materials • Window treatment install/hanging- $35.00 per window • Trim or molding install $65.00 per hour • Wainscoting $75.00 per hour • Tile install $50-80/hour depending on amount of tile and any decorative work to be done • Tile install with removal of old material $100-150/hour depending on amount of work to done • Painting $45 per hour plus materials • Wait time $50 per half hour  Other miscellaneous Tasks • Trampoline assembly • Screen replacement • Mailbox repairs and replacement • Concrete repairs • Limited deck and fence repairs • Custom work • Limited plumbing repairs Update November 2024
