1. Contact customer 2. Ask them what they're event is. 3. Ask them what type of makeup they're looking for (glam, natural, dramatic, etc.) 4. Ask them about skin type, skin color and/or allergies. 5. Schedule them (if they are a bride, they also get scheduled for a free trial)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have received training at a beauty store and the rest of my knowledge is self taught.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing makeup artist work in high school for a girl's debutante.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with woman of different skin types and skin colors for weddings, photo shoots, baby showers, birthday parties and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did makeup for a mama to be's maternity photoshoot and baby shower. It took me about an hour to apply the makeup on her but we had a lot of fun in the process!

I would advise customers to find exactly what they're looking for.
