What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices for tunings are often quite standard, but moving rates are always subject to specific details such as mileage, steps involved and size of piano. Our team can work with you to determine your personal needs and provide a more specific quote for our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers, we like to gain some understanding of the type of piano they have, any issues they've experienced, and how long it has been since the last tuning service. We will then suggest the best service we can provide for that customer's unique situation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are certified with the Piano Technician's Guild and our moving services are fully insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1985 there was a demand for piano service in Music City Nashville. At that time, there were only a handful of piano tuners in this area and even fewer piano techs. Damon Seale started Seale Keyworks to serve all of middle tennesse not just with piano tuning, but also paino repair, piano moving, restoration and re manufacturing, and sales.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of residential customers as well as commercial clients including local Artist in the Nashville area and have traveled to big events such as the Super Bowl.
