What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge hourly rates with no hidden fees. The charge includes movers, equipped trucks, fuel, tolls, mileage, disassembly / reassembly of furniture, moving blankets and basic insurance coverage. We have 2 hours minimum and 30 minutes travel time which applies to all moves in the Greater Boston area. Long Distance - are charged on a flat rate based on the distance and the amount of items required to be moved. No hidden fees!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer we like to get to know the customer's needs and offer you the best experience using our professionally trained movers. We also offer quotes at no charge, and free phone/email consultations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We take pride offering the best customer service as I have a bachelor degree in Business and Administration. We focus on hiring great people, giving them quality training and holding them to high standards. All new employees are going through training in our warehouse for 2 weeks before they go assisting you with your relocation project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After years of experience as movers, we realized how stressful the process can be. Our mission was to provide the best service at a fair cost to all those who hire us. We have built our reputation as the most affordable, efficient Boston movers in the area. We specialize in moving household goods and will move to or from most major cities in the United States.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have a wide range of customers starting from residential up to commercial offices and staging project stores. We also work with local and interstate customers all over the United States.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our recent project which we are happy to describe was the staging for a single family house in Wellesley, MA. The company we worked with highly appreciated our work. There were no hidden fees and our team took good care of the furniture and fragile objects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should always do some research on the local service providers. Also ask if there will be additional cost for miles, fuel, tolls, furniture disassembly / reassembly, etc. Our company is always here to help you and give you a free consultation!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We are interested in getting information regarding the the size of your move(number of bedrooms), locations we are moving from/to. This will help us get a better picture of the job and give you a rough estimate of the move.
